My background
Namaste, my name is Kelly. I am a Reiki Master, wife, and a mother of three incredible children. I have worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years. I always wanted a family but struggled with infertility and was having a hard time getting through my day-to-day life. I was looking for a way to get me out of my head and help with my depression. One day I came across reiki and decided to give it a try. It not only changed my life, but it helped me to become a stronger person. After seeing the impact it was making on my life I decided that I wanted to help others. I became a reiki practitioner and have found that through reiki I have been able to help so many others with their struggles (anxiety, depression, stress, sleep and so much more). I look forward the future and seeing where this journey will take me.
My approach
During the sessions I use a combination of hands off reiki, different frequency tuning forks, and a Tibetan singing bowl to provide a calming environment for healing. Together we will work to discover which reiki techniques are most beneficial for you. I believe that reiki can help anyone who is searching for support to become the best version of themselves.
